A straightforward way to start your claim
Complete the form below with as much information as you currently have. You can attach supporting photographs and documents, and a member of the Reef team will contact you if anything further is required.
You do not need to have every document ready before making initial contact.
Before you submit
- Have your policy number available if possible.
- Keep photographs, reports or relevant documents ready to upload.
- For theft or criminal incidents, include the police case number if you have one.
- For urgent roadside or emergency assistance, please call us rather than waiting for an online response.
